September 13th 3:13pm - Case # 3696985 - Petty Theft - LP officer on patrol witnessed teen suspect procuring merchandise without payment. Suspect was taken to backroom LP office and subjected to the usual and merciless shoplyfter treatment. Evidence logged on Sept 13, 2017.
